They will significantly shape how AMLA, national supervisory authorities and obliged entities fulfil their obligations under the new EU-wide AML framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of particular relevance for obliged entities is the RTS on customer due diligence measures (KYC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultation is open until 6 June 2025.
